A chief executive officer's salary is known to be fairly high, with chief executives at the biggest corporations being some of the best-paid people in the world.
To be successful, a chief executive’s personality must be naturally outgoing, persuasive and leading. One should have relevant technical abilities of the highest level. Important skills include judgement, decision making, resource management, negotiation, communication, operations, and instruction.
