Tasks
- Analyze behavioural data sets to uncover hidden insights into what makes our workers tick
- Bring insight from the fields of psychology and anthropology to cross-examine data and reinforce data-driven insights, keeping the human at the heart of what we do
- Be transparent and approachable at all times so you’re the first to know how employees are feeling. Establish an open-door policy that ensures every single employee feels their voice is vital.
- Adhere to evolving data privacy regulations, and ensure the ethical and safe use of employee data
- Present findings and deliver recommendations to leadership in written and spoken format, connecting the dots between people data and business performance
- Work closely with internal communications to lead the conversation on behavioural data: how we collect it, why we collect it and what’s in it for the worker.
- Ensure external mindshare by publically speaking about our work to help drive global awareness of the benefits of behavioural data collection
- Recommend new measures of collecting behavioural data. You’ll work closely with the sensor integration team to ensure we have best-in-class methods of data collection
- Examining the recruitment and employment matters, service conditions, etc.
- Specializing in any field of study like problems relating to availability and utilization of scientific manpower, managerial personnel, technical and low-skilled personnel or white-collar workers.
