A person associated with the semiconductor manufacturing process needs to perform any or all of the following functions in the manufacture of electronic semiconductors: load semiconductor material into a furnace; saw formed ingots into segments; load individual segment into crystal growing chamber and monitor controls; locate crystal axis in ingot using x-ray equipment and saw ingots into wafers; and clean, polish, and load wafers into series of furnaces, chemical baths, and equipment used to form circuitry and change conductive properties.
The Semiconductor manufacturing process and the candidate linked with it will have to act on tasks such as managing valves, switches, and buttons, or key commands into control panels to start semiconductor processing cycles. Further, maintaining processing, production, and inspection information and reports and inspecting materials, components, or products for surface defects and measuring circuitry, using electronic test equipment, precision measuring instruments, microscope, and standard procedures are all part of this job.
Good knowledge of subjects like production & processing, public safety & security, education & training and computer & electronics. Along with this, basic knowledge of Microsoft will be an added advantage. Your abilities in reading, listening and good command of speaking will be tested under this profession.
